To achieve this, they integrated their UKG profiles into CloudApper AI TimeClock (RightPunch™), which included the job transfer code feature. Initially, they used facial recognition system but later switched to the QR barcode system to simplify the process, especially given the family-oriented nature of their workforce, which included 12 sets of twins. This implementation allowed for efficient and flexible employee management across their various farm locations.
