Equine In�uenza, Eastern/Western Encephalomyeli�s, Tetanus, and West Nile Virus Terms and Condi�ons  BIVI equine vaccines must be administered by a licensed veterinarian who has a valid veterinarian client - pa�ent rela�onship as de�ned by the AVMA in CPG 7125.06.  All naïve unvaccinated horses will be covered by the BIVI Vaccine Assurance Program against Equine In�uenza, Venezuelan, Easter/Western Encephalomyeli�s, Tetanus or West Nile Virus when vaccinated with BIVI equine vaccines according to label direc�ons.  Previously vaccinated non - naïve horses will be covered by the BIVI Vaccine Assurance Program against Equine In�uenza, Venezuelan, Easter/Western Encephalomyeli�s, Tetanus or West Nile Virus a�er one dose of BIVI equine vaccines with proof of proper vaccina�on with another licensed Equine In�uenza, Venezuelan, Easter/Western Encephalomyeli�s, Tetanus or West Nile Virus vaccine within 365 days of the BIVI vaccine administra�on.  A diagnosis of Equine In�uenza, Venezuelan, Easter/Western Encephalomyeli�s, Tetanus or West Nile Virus will be made following clinical signs of such diseases using universally accepted diagnos�c methods as determined by the repor�ng DVM and BIVI Technical Services.  Coverage under the BIVI Vaccine Assurance Program is limited to diagnos�c and treatment costs for Equine In�uenza, Venezuelan, Easter/Western Encephalomyeli�s, Tetanus or West Nile Virus and is limited o $3,000 per animal.  The BIVI Vaccine Assurance Program expires 365 days from �me of last vaccina�on with BIVI vaccines.
