May include:Follow-up assessment from learner(s) and self-evaluation/reflection by the teaching physicianFollow-up assessment of the physician by the Sponsor Comply with the ABFM Industry Support Policy

Meaningful Participation RequirementsTeaching physician must :Complete an attestation appropriate to the teaching physician’s work setting Complete at least 180 1:1 contact teaching hoursParticipate in implementing the intervention(s)Review project data—including the pre-and post-data from the learner—in accordance with the Sponsor’s project planDemonstrate active collaboration in the implementation of the project
