11:18 am

- Received initial notification of Active Shooter

11:20 am - E-Pager message received; SBPD called Operations Director to utilize two buses11:25 am - Operations Director Notified Dispatch to Reroute11:30 am – Two Buses and FS enroute to staging area11:31 am - Notified CEO, HR, Marketing, and Agency Security Officers; heightened awareness to facility and San Bernardino Transit Center (SBTC)


Timeline of Events

11:35 am

– Received call with description of vehicle and

suspects; Notified Dispatch to disseminate to operators12:05 pm – City EOC Activated 1:46 pm - Soft Lock down of East Valley facility3:02 pm - Dispatched 6 buses to assist with transporting evacuees per local PD request3:30 pm – Shooters engaged and were put down by law enforcement5:00 pm - Lifted soft shutdown at facility7:50 pm – Buses released, 467 evacuees transported

Initial call was made to Procurement Department

Director of Ops assumed IC role instead of Safety Mgr.
