Row Heading:

Inserting/Deleting Rows/Columns
When inserting a column, it will insert a column to the left of the selected column

When you create a spreadsheet, all of the rows are the same height and all of the columns have the same width
To adjust the row height/column width, the user can drag the boundary up or down, left or right to increase or decrease the size
