To build on previous Insights projects,
Bord
Bia has sought assistance quantify the volume of organic produce available for the domestic retail market/export in each individual category.
Project initiated March 2022-Delivery May/June 2022
Assess current output levels of organic food per category and identify potential growth over the next 3/5 years
Provide an understanding of the route to market by category and quantify the volumes of product available by category for a) domestic retail, b) export.
Identify potential constraints across the supply chain that will impact on product availability for domestic and export markets
Engage with the organic sector (client companies and key stakeholders) to understand the supports required to help them expand their output and market reach
