International Church ConventionThe first ever International Church Convention (ICC) of the New Apostolic Church takes place in the Olympic Stadium, Munich, Germany from 6-8 June 2014. The District Church of the Cape is invited to display the activities of the Church. A male choir from Cape Town presents a number of concerts in various cities around Germany before and after the ICC. Audiences are enthused by their African brand of music. 2014

International Church ConventionThe event climaxes on Sunday, 8 June 2014 when Chief Apostle Jean-Luc Schneider conducts the Pentecost divine service in the Olympia Park. This divine service is audio visually transmitted throughout the world.2014

A blessed encounterA whirlwind visit from Chief Apostle Jean-Luc Schneider from 23-26 January 2015 results in a most blessed encounter for the members in the Eastern Cape. On the Saturday morning there is a trip to the Addo Elephant Park. Upon return from the excursion a meeting with the apostles takes place. Then it is time for the festive choral concert arranged for that afternoon in Palmridge

A blessed encounterOn the Sunday morning 25 January 2015 he holds a divine service in Motherwell, Port Elizabeth. This service commences with the opening hymn, Kuyo intab’ eZioni (On Zion’s mount of radiant light) sang in isiXhosa at the venue. LeidenOn Sunday 21 June 2015 it is the turn of the members of Leiden Central, Delft Bishop Area, to rejoice when a church building is dedicated for them. Before the commencement of the divine service the District Apostle and those accompanying him unveil a plaque with the text for the divine service engraved on it: And he was afraid and said, “How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven”!” (Genesis 28:17).2015

Victoria West in the spotlightOn the weekend of 12-14 June 2015 District Apostle Barnes together with the apostles and bishops of the Cape converge on Victoria West.The Sunday morning divine service takes place in the Victoria West Town Hall. The local Bishop, Andrew Hans, is placed into retirement after a ministerial activity of over 40 years. Thereafter a new Bishop, Werner von Schaeffer, is ordained. 2015

Retirement, ordinations, appointmentOn a visit to the Cape, Chief Apostle Schneider holds a divine service in Tafelsig on Sunday 13 December 2015. During this service a chapter in the history of the New Apostolic Church is closed with the retirement of Apostle De Vries. 2015
