Mark on the back side of the hand, where each of your knuckles bend. Use a ruler to measure if you would like to.Slide5
Step Four
Cut the marks you just made.
BE SURE NOT TO CUT ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE CARDBOARD FINGERS.
This is where your hand will bend, so don’t cut off your fingersSlide6
Step Five
Measure each section of your finger.
Take these measurements and use them to cut your digits from the straw provided

After you have cut your
phalanges (finger bones)
out (
a.k.a
straws).
Glue them in place on your cardboard hand.Slide8
Step Seven
Once straw bones are glued in place.
Cut 5 pieces of string each 40 cm long.Slide9
Step Eight
Place string through each straw bone digit that
is
glued to your cardboard hand. Leave extra string at the top digit of your hand.Slide10
Step Nine
Using tape,
secure your string to the top digit, tightly.
This string will pull your fingers. You don’t want it to slip.
