SELECT “Make an Appointment”
CREATE AN ACCOUNT BY REGISTERING YOUR MSCC EMAIL ADDRESS
SIGN IN USING YOUR MSCC EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD
SELECT “Live Online Tutoring” Please note: while a webcam and microphone certainly enhance the live online appointment format, you are not required to have them to access this kind of tutoring. You can communicate with the tutor via chat function instead.
CHOOSE A MEETING TIME White boxes = open timeRed boxes = already taken Blue boxes = closed
FILL OUT THE FORM When you select a time by clicking on it, you will be asked to fill out a form telling the Writing Center what you need. Fill that out, and if you have a draft for us to review, remember to upload the draft to this form.
TO BEGIN THE APPOINMENT: A few minutes before the appointment begins, go back into the Writing Center scheduler.Click on your appointment.The appointment form will pop up again. Click on Start or Join Online Consultation
AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT: After every tutoring session, our online scheduler will automatically send a short, anonymous survey to your @mscc.edu email address. Please take a few minutes to give us some feedback. It helps us to continuously improve our services.
