Slide4If you feel like there is a reason to deny an application, please pick up the phone and call your Regional Manager. We can ask for additional deposits or dig further to see if the applicant indeed qualifies to live at your community. This can get into sticky territory. This is why we ask to be involved.

Slide5Limit concessions. I know, I know… it’s a catch 22. There has to be a good medium between concessions and the clientele you want at your community. Discuss with your Regional Manager some different ways to use your approved concession. We are open to ideas. ½ now, ½ later? Skip a month? Christmas on us! There are many options and ideas we can discuss as a team.
