Positive coaches believe in the concept of moral courage, standing up for what is right even when others disagree. Moral courage is doing the right thing because it’s right, not because it might mean winning a match/game. Positive coaches would do what’s right even if it meant losing the match/game.

Winning when an athlete has cheated takes all the honour out of victory. Positive coaches would rather lose a competition with dignity as opposed to winning the game dishonestly.
