When – Early November (Dates being finalized) Who – 10 years old and aboveWhere – Delano Middle School, Computer LabAdministration – Delano Ridgeview Clinic will donate the health professional to administer the testCosts - $5.00 to take the baseline test*Post concussion tests can be scheduled at Ridgeview Rehab Specialties in Delano by calling 952.442.7801. Student athletes should be symptom free when testing. The cost for post injury tests is $55.00. This can be submitted to insurance by parents and is sometimes covered, but payment must be made at the time of the test.

The sport has been built on the backs of volunteers and greatly reduces the cost of hockey and makes a significant difference.

Purpose is to raise money for DAYHA related expenses.
