When – Early November (Dates being finalized) Who – 10 years old and aboveWhere – Delano Middle School, Computer LabAdministration – Delano Ridgeview Clinic will donate the health professional to administer the testCosts - $5.00 to take the baseline test*Post concussion tests can be scheduled at Ridgeview Rehab Specialties in Delano by calling 952.442.7801. Student athletes should be symptom free when testing. The cost for post injury tests is $55.00. This can be submitted to insurance by parents and is sometimes covered, but payment must be made at the time of the test.
