Required Registration Items:Team Registration Form (one per team)Race Waiver Forms (one for each team member)Entry fee of $50 donation per team (minimum team fee, can be more)Team Captain Responsibilities:Collect completed Race Waiver Forms from team membersComplete Team Registration FormRegister Team and submit $50 team entry fee online (credit card required). Team captains to work out cost shares among their team membersSelect desired charity to receive team entry fee (see list of charities on next slide)After completing registration, email all forms to Maggie Castilleja at castillejam@saccounty.gov and your Department’s EGC Loaned ExecutiveRegistration and all forms must be submitted before race day - However, slots will fill up very quickly so please plan to register your team as soon as registration opens!Team Sponsor Forms:Sponsor forms are available for others to donate on behalf of a team.Blank templates for all race forms will be emailed to each Department’s EGC Loaned Executive when this meeting is complete.
