Conditions After the rains

Conditions have worsened for many IDPs who were leaving in Temporary shelters.Delay in Delivery of food supplies for areas with allocations.Road accessibilities further worsened. Prices of essential commodities will increase as supplies fail to reach the local markets.Absence of cash transfers for poor HHs in host community and IDPs

Filtu Water supply system is non-functional to ensure safe drinking water for the population. Moyale town water supply system is non-functional. AWD cases are reported in neighboring woreda of Hudet.The rains have destroyed toilets in

Dollo Ado woreda during the week ( 1500 as per DPPB).Carcases

of dead animals will be washed to open water harvesting structures common across the southern zones

EPRP 2019 ( Guide to develop for s/zones

The 2019 EPRP outlines eight cluster response plans, with total funding requirement USD 170,171,859, in addressing multiple crises including water shortage, malnutrition, disease outbreaks, displacement and humanitarian needs of the returned / relocated IDPs. Total available fund to support the EPRP activities, by the time this plan was developed, is USD 40,819,644, including USD 23,303,748 from the Somali regional Government and 14,483,466 from partners.
