Discretionary spending for Director to use for the good of the JABA Club. Expenses t o be accurat ely categorized and accounted for and reported to the President and Treasurer monthly. Over - budget - In the event the monthly budget will be exceeded, approval must be obtained. The expense will be communicated to the President and Treasu rer to be evaluated. The President will the n communicate the recommendation to the remai ning Board Members for approval or exercise discretion with chart o f authority.
