Paris Agreement and Hong Kong
China formally signed the Paris Agreement on 22 April 2016, and ratified it on 3 September 2016. The Agreement came into force on 4 November. Hong Kong, as part of China, has acceded to the Paris Agreement and will follow its reporting timeline.
