Gesa Credit Union Loyalty Rewards Terms and Conditions General  “Cardholder” (also referred to as “you”) means an individual that has requested and/or received a Gesa Credit Union Diamond Premier Credit Card (also referred to as a “Card”). By participating in this Program, you (as a Cardholder) agree to these Terms and Conditions and any changes, additions, or deletions to them. Gesa Credit Union (also refe rred to as the “Credit Union”, “us” or “we”) issues and administers all Cards.  PSCU Card Services provides credit card services for us and is the third part y service provider of this Program working on our behalf. These Terms and Conditions and your participation in the Program are also subject to other agreements you may have with us (for example, Cardholder agreements). To the extent these Terms and Conditi ons do not agree with any other applicable agreements you have with us, these Terms and Conditions will control.  You (and any other beneficiary of the Program) agree that we will not be liable for, and you release, discharge, and hold us, or anyone acting on our behalf, harmless from any and all claims of any sort, type, kind, or nature that you may have against us, arising out of or in any way relating to your participation in the Program or its rewards – including (but not limited to) claims for or due to personal injury, property damage, accident, sickness, delay, cancellation, postponement, inconvenience, penalty, refund, or other irregularities that may occur or that may be caused by any provider of services or rewards or any person not under our direct supervision and control.  This Program is void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law. We reserve the right to interpret program rules and policies and will be the final authority on credit card account credits and qualifications. We will not be responsible for errors or omissions in any Program document. We reserve the right to alter, change, or terminate the Gesa Loyalty Rewards Program at any time with or without notice. We also reserve the right to disqualify Cardholders who violate the progra m rules.  Determination an d payment of a tax liability on Gesa Loyalty Rewards is the responsibility of the Cardholder.  Any benefit from other Gesa Loyalty Rewards accounts cannot be transferred or combined. Gesa Loyalty Rewards points are not transferable to other frequent traveler or merchandise programs. Earning Accumulated Gesa Loyalty Rewards  Every one dollar in qualifying purchases earns participant one point. See Program Rules at www. curewards.com for eligible transactions.  Points for this Program begin to accumulate with purchases made beginning on the first day of th e statement cycle in which the Program begins and ending on the last day of the last statement cycle.  Gesa Loyalty Rewards points will be earned on annual net purchases made with participating Card (not including cash advances, balance tra nsfers and convenience checks). Gesa Loyalty Rewards points are not earned for fees, such as finance charges, late paymen t fees or over - the - limit fees. Cards and related accounts may be subject to fees and charges in accordance with the applicable Cardholder agreements and fee schedules.  Points in this Program may not be used with any other offer, promotion or discount, cannot be earned from or transferred to or combined with any other account’s points for redemption . Points can be used to make a pay ment o n the cardholder’s account or cash deposit can be requested to a Gesa Credit Union checking or savings account .  The a mount of accumulated Gesa Loyalty Rewards points on your Card may appear as a statement message on your monthly credit card statement.  Neither we, nor our service providers, are responsible for inaccuracies in Gesa Loyalty Rewards points accrual due to computer error, late or incorrect data submissions or any loss incurred that may arise in connection with the use of these services. Neither we, nor our service providers, are responsible for the performance by any merchant, service provider, or common car rier. Paying out Accumulated Gesa Loyalty Rewards  Gesa Loyalty Rewards points earned will only be credited for accounts that are open and in good standing (not past due, fraudulent, overlimit, restricted or part of any bankruptcy settlement).  Points can be used to order the awards described in the current brochure or the program website, which may be updated from time to time. Point requirements assigned to any award are subject to change without notice, and awards may be discontinued or substituted at any time.  If your card usage privileges have been revoked, you will forfeit your Gesa Loyalty Rewards points automatically and permanently.  If your account is over its credit limit by more than 15%, the Gesa Loyalty Rewards will be suspended. Your Gesa Loyalty Rewards points accumulation is held for future distribution if your account is brought back to good standing.  If your account is delinquent 2 or mor e cycles, your participation in Gesa Loyalty Rewards will be suspended. Your Gesa Loyalty Rewards p oints accumulation is held for future distribution if your account is brought back to good standing.  If your account is closed, for a reason other than the Ca rd has been lost or stolen, all Gesa Loyalty Rewards will be forfeited permanently.  Points will ex pire four years from the end of the calendar year in which they are earned, and will expire on a first - in, first - out basis annually. (i.e., points earned in calendar year one will expire on the last business day of calendar year five) . Please review the Gesa Loyalty Rewards Program Rules for more information.
