This will occur when the change agent has created a an environment of concern, anxiety or guiltSlide6

Unfreezing is the time that people are preparing for the changeSlide7

Moving

The change agent has identified, plans, and implements the process that will be used.

Moving is the time when the people have accepted the need for change and actually are engaged in implementing the changeSlide9

Refreezing

The change agents assist in establishing the change as the new status quoSlide10
