WALKING IN THE SPIRIT SPIRITUALLY MINDED

DANCING WITH GOD

Unfortunately we live in a world that makes dancing more sensual than spiritual.

2 Samuel 6:14-15 (NKJV) 14  Then David danced before the LORD with all his might; and David was wearing a linen ephod. 15  So David and all the house of Israel brought up the ark of the LORD with shouting and with the sound of the trumpet. Ecclesiastes 3:4 (NKJV) 4  A time to weep, And a time to laugh; A time to mourn, And a time to dance ;

Jeremiah 31:4 4 I will build you up again, and you, Virgin Israel, will be rebuilt. Again you will take up your tambourines and go out to dance with the joyful. Lamentations 5:15 (NKJV) 15  The joy of our heart has ceased; Our dancing has turned into mourning.

Psalm 30:11 11  You have turned my mourning into dancing; You removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy, Psalm 149:3 (NKJV) 3  Let them praise His name with the dancing ; and make music to him with tambourine and harp.

Psalm 150:1-6 (NKJV) 1  Praise the LORD! Praise God in His sanctuary; Praise Him in His mighty firmament! 2  Praise Him for His mighty acts; Praise Him according to His excellent greatness! 3  Praise Him with the sound of the trumpet; Praise Him with the lute and harp! 4  Praise Him with the tambourine and dance ; Praise Him with stringed instruments and flutes! 5  Praise Him with loud cymbals; Praise Him with clashing cymbals! 6  Let everything that has breath praise the LORD . Praise the LORD !
