The testes, also called the testicles, are the organs that make sperm and the primary male sex hormone, testosterone.
Leaving the Testes
After
leaving the testes, sperm mature in the epididymis. Then, the sperm are mixed with fluids and carried out of the man’s body through the

The mixture of fluids and sperm.
Ejaculation:
When the male body releases semen from the penis through a series of forceful muscular contractions.

When the sperm are fully mature, they move into the vas deferens. The vas deferens run from each epididymis, out of the scrotum.

The urethra is the tube that carries urine and

: are the male reproductive sex cells.
When sperm join with a female reproductive cell (an ovum) pregnancy occurs.
Males begin to make sperm cells between the ages of 12 and 15. Slide15

The purpose of the scrotum is to maintain the appropriate temperature of the testes so that they can produce sperm.
The scrotum accomplishes this task by holding the testes close to the body when cold, or further from the body when warm.
Erection
:
This is when the penis become upright and firm. When the penis is erect ejaculation can occur. Slide16
