3337 Dear Editor,A 27-year-old man went to the Emergency Department with lethargy and confusion. His history before. On initial evaluation, his pulse was 110 beats/min and oxygen saturation was 94% in room air. asymptomatic. On the next day, he stated he had a persistent neck pain, which was unresponsive to regular dose of tramadol. He remembered that he ingested more than the usual number of tramadol ear (Figure 1). No other bullae were found on other parts of the body. Bullous skin lesions (known other etiologies in which the presumed mechanism is proposed inadequacy of circulation in pressure .
