Financial aid is a form of assistance of funds provided to eligible students and families to help assist with paying for educational expenses.

Pell Grant:

A Pell Grant is money the government provides for students who need it to pay for college. Grants, unlike loans, do not have to be repaid. Eligible students receive a specified amount each year under this program.Loans: The interest on subsidized loans

is paid by the federal government while the student is in school and during authorized deferment. For unsubsidized Stafford Loans, students are responsible for all of the interest that accrues while the student is enrolled in school.
