DMAE

is a component that is also used for lift-up injections and is a precursor of the neurotransmitter "acetylcholine" that controls muscle stiffness. Acetylcholine starts decreasing at the age of 20. That is a cause of sagging. When DMAE is applied, it starts to tighten muscles immediately after application, and its effect is said to continue for about 24 hours.

Proline or hydroxyproline, containing 25 to 30% of amino acids constituting collagen, is the key to derma elasticity. It is an amino acid peculiar to collagen, and hydroxyproline is formed by introducing hydroxyl group to proline. Hydroxyproline stabilizes collagen fiber triple strands. Dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline is a component that enhances permeability to the skin by binding palmitic acid to hydroxyproline. It gives skin firmness and anti-wrinkle effect.
