Self-Assessment
In the beginning of Lesson 1, Developing Personal Leadership Skills, the students will take a Self-Assessment. They will use this self-assessment to assess what leadership skills they already have, need to work on, and need to learn. This assessment will have no pass or fail, it will be used as a foundation to build and develop leadership skills.
Pre-tests
In the beginning of each of the six lessons (6 lessons because Lesson 1 will replace the pre-test with a self-assessment) there will be a pre-test. It will contain 10 test items, including scenarios and multiple choice questions. 8 correct responses out of 10 will be considered passing at an 80%. If the pre-test is passed the user still must go through the lesson but will not have to take a post test. If the pre-test is failed the user will have to go through lesson and take post-test at the end.Slide10
