Meat, Sugar, Tires, Gasoline, Nylon stocking, laundry soap

Allied forces landed on the coast of Normandy on D-Day.

France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands were liberated following D-Day.

General Eisenhower accepted the unconditional surrender from the Third Reich.

Roosevelt didn’t know WWII’s outcome because he died suddenly a month before the war’s end.
