Along with no saturated fats there is also no cholesterol or any carbohydrates as well as no sugars or protein. Salt may not be a good source of vitamins A,D,B-12,C and B-6 since there is no trace of them in table salt, including calcium, iron, magnesium. But there is 590mg of sodium in salt.
