In the Stock Plan Redesign, E*TRADE Securities LLC (E*TRADE Securities) is making changes to help enhance and improve the online experience for stock plan participants. This redesign has been developed to make the stock plan experience on etrade.com easier to use.The goals of the redesign are to: Make the stock plan experience easier to useOffer a supportive experience that helps demonstrate the value provided by the employer to the participantHelp participants learn to manage their stock plan benefits by making it easier to find and use products and toolsProvide a clean and modern look with consistent navigation across all pagesRedesign the Sell/Exercise page, allowing for multiple benefit types to be sold simultaneouslyExpand visibility into plan holdings, grouped by plan type or statusShow which grants are sellable, exercisable, unvested, or require acceptanceMake ESPP enrollment, grant acceptance, and tax elections simple and informative by redesigning the Plan Elections page while maintaining all of the functionality of the current Stock Plan experience3Slide5
