EAT It is important to eat little and often to keep your blood sugar levels stable a concentration and confusion. All of which increase the chances of having an accident and i njuring yourself, your colleagues and the general public. A healthy lifestyle is to be applauded but you must consider the impact of any diet on your well - only have a negative impact on your performance, c oncentration and ability to do your job. All rights reserved TOP TIPS  Always eat breakfast this sets you up for the day and lets yo ur body know you ’re up and raring to go!  Eat little and often throughout the day to avoid becoming hungry and getting the inevitable afternoon slump after lunch.  Keep snacks to eat in between jobs like fresh fruit, vegetables, bars and (healthy) crisps .  D rink plenty of liquid and avoid sugary fizzy drinks and energy drinks, these create a false sugar rush that can result in dizziness, shaking and loss of concentration.  Eat a balanced diet – use the ‘Eat Well ’ plate as a guide of what you should be eating daily.
