Summary:
You get to choose any Astronomy topic that you’re interested in, and become a Genius in that topic! This is what we’ll be doing for the next several classes.Slide5
Group Race
Each row of seats is a team (4 teams). Teams will be evened out if they are uneven.
Each team takes one white board.
Each team gets 3 min to see how many Astronomy topics they can generate
from the textbook.
Only one person per team is the white board writer; they must number each thing they write down (1, 2, 3, etc.). Teams should decide now who that will be.
The rest of the team members should get a textbook turned to the Astronomy section (find it!) as quickly as possible and call out topics for the writer to record on the white board.
Ensure all teams are assigned a board and have a pen… and GO!
