The goal of the offensive player is to make it from start to finish by trying to juke the defensive player. Set up

: 2 5x5 boxes with a cone and a ball on the side.

Point of Emphases: Pattern (Blue) creates the pattern to be followed by the mirror (Red). Go to what ever cone you want and touch it! Mirror must copy path.Coach starts the drill on the whistle. Drill goes for :20-:30 on coach

Drills end by leaving your box and raising for he ball. End: Pattern, Mirror to back of line.
