Comprised of public agencies representing all nine counties in the Bay Area

One of only two regional energy networks in California

Ratepayer funding under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC)Slide4

SINGLE FAMILY PROGRAM

Serves single family homeowners

Offers rebates and incentives (as much as $6,500) for home energy upgrades

Provides free Home Upgrade Advisors who are available for step-by-step assistance

Connects homeowners to trained Participating ContractorsSlide5

MULTIFAMILY PROGRAM

Serves multifamily buildings with 5+ attached dwelling units

Offers cash rebates for energy efficiency upgrades (as much as $750 per unit)

Provides free energy consulting for multifamily properties

Assists in planning energy saving improvements designed to save at least 15% of a building’s energy usage Slide6

CODES AND STANDARDS

Compliance Improvement

: Investigate areas for improvement in code enforcement processes & offer solutions

Training

: Provide support for building industry representatives at

no-cost

to better implement energy code
