You should click on Foundations in Accountancy (FiA)The box below will turn green and say Qualification SelectedClick the Save & Continue button to progress

You should click the Add File(s) button and upload the following:A form of identification showing your date of birth, such as your driver’s licence or passportA marriage certificate if you have changed your nameThe box below will turn green to show you have uploaded your documentYou do not need to complete the Apply for Exemptions boxClick Save & Continue to progress

On the Complete Your Application page you should scroll down to the bottom of the screen to see the Registration code section – Please enter the code DAX to ensure you do not get charged the registration fee
