Theme and ActivitiesOur new theme is Harvest Time, Life on the Farm! This is one of the best times of the year with the beautiful, colorful leaves!Letter “Ll” will be introduced this week. Continue to review all the concepts we have learned (rhyming, compound words, syllables, letter sounds, counting to 25, positional words and recognizing shapes including 3 dimensional shapes). In Pre K we always say “I will try” not “I can’t”.
Reminders:Please check your child’s folder daily for important information.The season is changing so please bring in a new change of clothes for your child (in case of emergency). Make sure to include their under garments and socks. Read to your child daily. Ask them questions about the characters, how the characters feel, and the setting.Allow your child to practice tying their shoes, folding towels/blankets, and putting on their own clothes/jackets.
