It is possible to create a range of Templates each structured for individual subjects, year levels or Teachers. A standard format will automatically load, the features include; The ability to change the size of any of the Fields. The ability to change the position of the Fields in the Screen. The ability to change the Label of the Fields. Hide any Fields that are not required or may not be used in a particular reporting period. Change the navigation when using the TAB key. © PCSchool Customise Result Entry Screen User Guide Created in version 2009.0.0.4 3/4 Through modification the view can be reduced to an uncomplicated result entry template that exactly suits the schools requirements. Use the mouse to select the fields, the selected field will turn red, this can then be hidden, moved or resized as required. 1. Depending upon the Nudge Option the arrows are used to; Move the selected field Change the size of the selected field 2. Change the number to alter the distance the field moves when the arrows are clicked. 3. Check to either alter the Size or Move the selected field. 4. Click into a Field to change. 5. You can change the Name and the Location of the Field; Enter a new Name and Location. Click Upd (Upload) 6. Highlight a field then click Hide Object, the Field will be removed. 7. The Hidden Field will be minimised, click to restore it. 8. You can change the order when tabbing through the fields and the Label; Click Change Tab Order. Highlight a Field Description. Use the Up or Down arrow to move the text. Save the File Once you have finished will all the changes save the file. 1. Click on the selection box to open the Save Display Template window. 2. Give the file a name. 3. Click Save. Your new Template will now be available for selection.
