Bio-format Importer is a plugIn to load images into Fiji or ImageJ.
Opens proprietary formats that contains batches of images and converts into OME data model.

Approach: A custom plugIn that calls the Bio-formats Importer PlugIn
The custom

launches the Bio-format importer to select and read the images

Stitching PlugIn is used to reconstruct big images from arbitrary number of tiled input images.Stitching has two plugIns

1.Pairwise stitching
2.Grid/Collection stitching
