October 1, 2013 – September 30, 2014ATL-ADO Total Program = $164 Million Georgia Commercial Airports: $32 MillionGeorgia General Aviation Airports: $35.6 Million (through GDOT/Block Grant)Georgia Total: $67.6 million($32.1 Discretionary)


FY 2015 AIP Program

All Airports Submitted Their Annual CIP’s in December 2013ADO Established 2015 AIP Program in May 2014 ADO PM’s currently conducting Pre-Grant Conferences for FY15 ProjectsWork with ADO PM on Bidding schedulesFirst Grants – Possibly by May 1stGrant Acceptance NLT August 15th


FY 2016 AIP Program

CIP Call Letter Issued in October 2014 (Dec. 1 submittal) ADO PM’s are currently reviewing This April – Selection of Projects & Disc. Program We Continue to Encourage Prior-year Design


Odds & Ends

Environmental Determinations – ADO cannot program project until environmental finding is complete (CATEX, FONSI, EIS) (CATEX Det. – SOP # 5.00)Project Not Ready to Go – Design Not Complete/Sponsor cannot execute grant agreement by August 15th, Bids > Available FundingMissing/Inadequate Sponsor Price/Cost Analysis – Bid Tabs/Engineers Estimate/Appraisals/Independent Fee Estimate (AIP Handbook. Federal Funds (2 CFR 200, Subpart F)Construction Safety Phasing Plans – SOP # 1.00Old Grants - 4 Yrs. Old and Older Financially Inactive Grants - 12 + months without a drawdown
