W ATCHUNG S TABLES 2015 SUMMER EQUESTRIAN CAMP Watchung Stable Lottery Registration Procedures Union County recognizes the need to conduct a fair and efficient registration system to handle the demand for the Watchung Stable summer camps. A lottery system will be used to determine your place in line for summer program registration on May 30, 2015. Registration procedures  All those registering for camps must complete the Emergency Medical Information Form and, if applicable, complete additional fo rms as required. These forms must be returned at time of registration .  May 30 th at 7:45am - 1 st & 2 nd Squad Riders may draw a random lottery number; registration begins at 8:00am.  May 30 th at 9:30am - 3A (C3 & C2/3) & 3B (D2) riders enrolled in Summer 201 4, Fall 2014 or Spring 2015 programs: may draw a random lottery number; registration begins at 10:00am.  May 30 th at 1:00pm - Union County riders new to the program or beginner riders may draw a random lottery number and register.  May 30 th at 2:00pm - Out - of - County riders new to the program or beginner riders may draw a random lottery number and register. Registration rules  All registrations must be done in person. No mail - in registrations will be accepted.  1 st Squad may registe r for 2 weeks on registration day.  Campers with ratings of 2 nd squad and lower may only enroll for one week of camp initially.  Second week registration preferences must be indicated on your initial application in order to be considered. o If any camp openin gs remain on June 3 rd , you will receive a call and be offered a second week of camp (calls will be made in lottery order). o Payment for the second week of camp must be made in person within one week of notification or you will forfeit your spot. Continued~  One person may register all riders in one family regardless of their riding level. Families unable to be present may have a person represent their family. If a person is registering two families, they will pick two lottery numbers.  Campers must ride at the highest riding level they have attained. There will be no testing of riders on registration days.  Proof of residency will be required. Valid forms include a driver’s license, utili ty bill or tax bill. Those without proof of residency will pay the Out - of - County rate. Registration Day Procedures for Lottery 3B (D2) and 3A (C3 & C2/3)  The place a person holds on line to pick the lottery number will have no bearing on the order in which registration occurs.  L ottery numbers will be held by members of the Watchung Stable Auxiliary.  Once you have drawn a number you must enter the offic e building.  Applicants will be called i n numerical order, once all numbers have been distributed.  Persons arriving after the lottery numbers have been passed out will be accommodated in the order in which they arrive and after all number holders have been called.  If you arrive after registration has begun , you will be placed at the end of the list. Lottery numbers wi ll not be passed out after 9:45am. Payment Policies  Payments must be made in full. Make checks payable to “County of Union”.  MasterCard, Visa, AMEX and Discover credit cards are accepted in person.  Camp is a 4 day session.  County residents - $385.00/week Out - of - County residents - $490.00/week  2 nd Camp same year/2 nd child in family o In - County $366.00/week o Out - of - County $466.00/w eek Cancellation Policies No refunds or credits will be issued. Wait List Procedures A wait list will be maintained for each week of camp. Participants will be called from the wait list as cancellations occur.
