It had happened in Paris in a road tunnel on the 31 of August in 1997. A French investigator ruled it as an unlawful killing by Diana's driver, Henri Paul and the Paparazzi, but Judge Herve stated that it couldn’t have been the Paparazzi because they had been distances from the accident when it had happened so they couldn’t have caused it. There had been blood tests taken from Henri. The tests had showed that he had been drinking that day before he took the controls of the car. His alcohol level had showed that it was three times over the French legal limit. A third test was taken from Henris sclera, which conformed that he had also been taking antidepressants.
