Rural Experiment for Development(RED) Help, support and guide development of a model village (Lakhikantapur )
Enterprising Springboard Program (ESP) Inspire and Catalyse enterprising spirit /entrepreneurship at the base of the pyramid through workshops, business plan competition and mentoring
Finding local anchors to identify participants and organize the infrastructure for the workshops
Conducting the workshops (2 to 3 times a year )– done in Alexandria Aurangabad, Calcutta ,Delhi, Dorchester, Kanpur, Trinidad

Conducting business plan competition ( we have evaluated more than 750 business plans in the past 10 years)
Mentoring start-ups and providing assistance as required
Seminars on development issues (we have organized ten of them)
Support and Promote complementary projects such as OLPC
Selectively promote and support projects
e.g
Sustainable organic farm management in China
Provide platforms to students to voice their opinions
Help in Operational Excellence
of already existing programs (TBP initiated the library program)
Assist the development of Goodwill of Lakhikantapur through conferences(e.g. 2014 conference at MIT & Fletcher)
Provide on going support in development of the expanded ecosystem of Lakhikantapur such Eco-tourism
Set up first of the kind Rural Imagination Center of Enterprising (RICE) to foster rural creativity
Targeted Accelerator ProgramOrganize and support special programs for emerging technology based entrepreneurs
Workshops and mentoring sessions with emerging SMEs
Support and Promote complementary initiatives with local anchors such as BNCCI
Host visits to North American sites as required
Create platforms to support growth of target SMEs
