Company Commander/TAC Comments
The key to Bravo’s success is utilizing the chain of command but this will not work unless your command team and rank holders are on board with your goals and expectations. All rank holders need to posses a deep understanding of what the term accountability means in a greater sense than just making sure everyone is at formations.
The key is the seniors both rank holders and privates
