CA1 Residents starting July 1 2014 Dr Mike Carrigan Michael Carrigan was born in St Paul MN  He attended the University of Colorado at Boulder on a Navy ROTC Scholarship   At the conclusion of his service he returned to his home state to matriculate at the University of Minnesota Medical School  Â
