37 FAQ For the partner users

Frequently Asked Questions Q: I have got access to the Software Licensing Portal but I could not see my entitlements in it. A: The entitlements need to be tagged to the Partner Account and only then the Partner Users can see them in the Portal. If the Partner information was provided during the order creation, by default they will get tagged to the entitlement. In case if that information was not provided and you would like to add them now, contact the Zebra Support and provide them the Entitlement ID/Activation ID and the Partner Account Name and the contact details (First name, Last Name and email address) Q: I couldn’t access the Software Download? A: Partners can access the software downloads via the Menu “List Entitlements”. You can see the Download button against each entitlement. Q: I don’t see the Download link in the List Entitlements screen also. A: The end customer information needs to be available in the entitlement to enable the downloads. If your entitlement doesn’t have one, contact the Zebra Support and provide them the Entitlement ID/Activation ID and the Customer Account Name and the contact details (First name, Last Name and email address)
