A leader is an important part of any team, but should be cageful to not abuse the position as this can destroy the team and cause harm to the patient or other cause for which the team was created.

Conflict among individuals with different personalities is the main problem that can occur when a group of people is working as a team.

When conflict occurs, it is essential for each member of the team to find a positive way to work through the conflict.Slide6

Legal responsibilities are another important aspect of teamwork.

Each member of the team must be aware of the legal limitations on the duties that the team can perform.
