What happens if a wire breaks:
All the protection brackets must be open
The broken wire is removed
The
cWPS are cleaned with dry-airThe wire is re-installed:From the fixed stretching device, the wire is unrolled in the protection brackets, and through the sensorsOnce at the second stretching device, the wire is cut, fixed on the weight interfaceThe weight is set on a vertical elevator that goes down, applying tension load very slowly to the wireA displacement test of the wire is done to check that everything is okAll the protection brackets are closed.
