Vehicle List & Registration

List of vehicles

and all registration paperwork to office before December 14 to avoid suspension of account.

Temporary vehicles will require an AVI tag and have proper markings on vehicle.Uber/Lyft vehicles will be treated as all other ground transportation companies. No staging allowed on Airport property without completed registration and payment.

Insurance Requirements

Minimums per PUC

General

LiabilityGround transportation commercial operators

shall maintain

a

general

liability insurance policy with a minimum coverage of

$1 Million and Automobile combined single limit of $1 Million.

Eagle County Airport and Eagle County Air Terminal Corporation must be listed as Additional insured on the insurance certificate.

Current certificate must be kept on file in Administrative office.

Vehicle Idle

Time

Commercial Operators are encouraged to turn off their vehicles during dwell time at the Airport. In the event it is not practicable to turn off a vehicle due to extreme cold, Commercial Operators are encouraged to limit any vehicle idling time to fifteen minutes or less.

LuggageIf the passenger requests baggage assistance from the Company Representative and reasonable Skycap service is not

available at

the time of

pick-up,

the Company Representative may assist the passenger with the

baggage

Respect each other. Maintain etiquette and support skycaps and their functions.

The

Company may not proceed beyond the designated meeting area, but may take the passenger’s luggage from the designated meeting area to the vehicle, and return for additional baggage.

LuggageIf a passenger requests baggage assistance from the Company Representative, and reasonable Skycap service is not available at the time of drop-off and unloading, the Company Representative may assist the passenger with his or her

baggage.

Suggestion: while advancing to curb area, offer skycap services.

The

Company Representative must use the designated unloading

area, follow airport staff direction,

and must return to

their vehicle

immediately upon delivering the passenger’s bags at the

Terminal.

If passengers have NO luggage to be checked, Company Representative can pull up past curbside check-in to drop off passengers.

Notices of Violation

Suspension and Revocation

First Violation

A Commercial Operator issued one (1) Notice of Violation during a Ground Transportation Year will not be immediately suspended, unless the Aviation Director, or his designee, determines that the Commercial Operator’s behavior was willful and/or deliberate and a disruption to Airport Staff or the traveling public.

Second Violation

A subsequent violation of the ground transportation rules and regulations by the same individual or any other company representative

will

result in a suspension of the entire Company’s operating privileges at the Airport and/or Airport Terminal for a period of

up

to

seven (7) days

Requires meeting with

Aviation Director

within

10

days after issuance of violation

Third Violation

A

third Notice of

Violation or a violation of suspension requirements by the Company will result in the revocation of the Company

s operating privileges on the Airport

and the

Airport Terminal for one

(1) calendar year.
