Parents actually spend more time with their children. How is this possible, you may ask, with both men and women working? Perhaps it is because technology (dishwashers, washing machines) does the housework for them. It is also because parents are involved in fewer social activities and organizations. Also, fast food allows more time with kids instead of spending so long cooking.
