Job Title: Commercial HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities:  Accurately assess needed repairs or issues quickly and effectively  Installation, repair, and scheduled maintenance of commercial heating and air conditioning equipment  Opportunity to mentor entry level technicians  Direct daily communication with our commercial customers and office personnel  Other duties as assigned Qualifications:  Valid Driver's License (required)  Three (3) or more years of commercial heating and air conditioning experience (required)  Experience working on Trane/Carrier equipment as well as other name brands of HVAC equipment (required)  Associates Degree or Certification in HVAC/Refrigeration (preferred)  Universal Refrigeration Licenses (preferred) Compensation & Benefits:  Very Competitive Wages Based on Experience  100% Company Paid Medical Coverage  401K with Company Match  Company Phone Provided  Bonus Structure and Profit Sharing Plan with Company Contribution  Guaranteed Forty (40) Hours per week with No Possibility for Layoff Our results speak for themselves.
