The majority of people with learning disabilities in the district can get their health needs met by mainstream health services, however for some people with more complex needs, they need additional support from specialist clinicians to ensure they can stay as healthy and well as possible.Any referral or queries are to be made to the Duty nurse on 01274 497121.
