This year in Morocco, my passion has been people. I have met countless men and women, young and old, rich and poor, illiterate and well-read, and all of them have impacted me powerfully. Meeting people, developing relationships and connections, and making friends has been my passion this year, and I believe that is the most valuable product of this program and the start and heart of diplomacy and peace. I have felt particularly inspired by the many women present in my life here in Morocco, and I wanted to do something to honor them. So I sat down and interviewed each of the women who I care about.
