The core goal of this paper is to find how to grasp the key factors to improve the regional economic vitality. According to the frequency of occurrence, we determine eight factors to be studied. In this paper, we take Shenzhen city as an example to analysis influencing factors of economic vitality, and study the program of action to improve the regional economic vitality. We take quantifiable indicators to represent eight factors and normalize them. The quantized data are tested by KMO test and Bartlett test to determine their correlation. Then, the model of economic vitality is established based on principal component analysis (PCA). After that, the eight factors are classified into two main components: talent related factors and enterprise related factors, and their influence scores are calculated respectively as 0.856 and 0.773..
